Dr. Sarah Jarvandi is a pediatric neuropsychologist that utilizes a holistic approach and believes in working as part of the child’s multidisciplinary team with other professionals and educators to fully understand presenting concerns and the subsequent impacts on the child’s system (school, home, and social life). Through the use of comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, Dr. Jarvandi works to identify the individuals’ strengths and areas of challenge to inform individualized, evidence-based recommendations. She enjoys working with children and families from diverse backgrounds and utilizes a collaborative approach in helping the child reach their full potential.
Prior to co-founding Virginia Psychology, Dr. Jarvandi provided neuropsychological assessments at the Center for Assessment and Treatment in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
